About this model

The Classic Vibe range covers vintage-style Strats, Teles, Jazzmasters and others ('50s, '60s and '70s models). They are the Squiers that hold their value best.

Classic Vibe basses are priced separately. A Squier Affinity or Bullet listed as 'Classic Vibe style' is worth far less, so check the headstock.

What to check before you buy

Sight down the neck for twist or bow
Check truss rod turns (a few degrees, not more)
Look at the headstock join for repair lines
Plug in: every pickup position and both pots
Fret wear under strings 1-3 near the nut
