About this model

The classic DJ turntable, made from 1979 to 2010. Later versions (MK3 onwards, and the newer GR and MK7 models) are priced separately.

Check that it holds speed (watch the strobe dots), the pitch fader, the tonearm bearing and the RCA and earth leads. Cartridges and dust covers are often missing.

Technics 1200/1210 are gold. Audio-Technica LP120, Rega, Pro-Ject sell well. Suitcase / Crosley style players are worthless.
